PRELIMINARY 

                                 Generally tidy up, removing any extraneous items, to the appropriate locations.

CARPET FLOORS

                                            Vacuum carpet floors paying special attention to corners, edges and behind furniture.  Vacuum or dust skirting boards, especially behind furniture and door.  Rake plush pile carpet if previously agreed with client.

TILE FLOORS

                                            Mop tile floors with sponge squeegee using a quality floor cleaner.  Pay particular attention to edges and skirtings.  Spot clean if necessary.  Rinse twice using wet sponge squeegee then damp sponge squeegee.  Wipe over with dry towel if necessary to provide streak free finish.

RUGS & MATS

                                     Vacuum rugs and mats, straighten up as necessary and brush out fringes.

FURNITURE 

                                     Wipe all horizontal surfaces of tables, wall units, sound system, etc. with a damp sponge and polish with a dry towel or use cleaning/polishing product advised by client.  Clean glass top tables with window cleaner, wipe with a damp sponge and finish with a dry towel or paper towel to a streak free finish.  Remove all display items individually and replace in original locations after wiping with a dry towel.  Use special care with any items so identified by the client.  Dust electronic equipment such as television sets, VCR`s, CD players etc.  Vacuum lounge suite paying particular attention to corners and under cushions.  Rotate and fluff up cushions.

GENERAL 

                                          Dust all light fittings, lamps, power points and light switches.  Dust window sills, pelmets and picture frames.  Check  room for completion with " clients eyes"
